Up and Coming Events:
-On Saturday 26th June Ripley St Thomas High School are taking part in their first National Schools Cheerleading Competition! Best of luck to everyone taking part!
-3rd and 4th July is Morecambe Markets yearly show, Bay Stormers are performing on Saturday 3rd at 11.30.
-Over the summer Faye will be running cheerleading classes at 3 sports centres: Salt Ayre sports centre, Lancaster and Morcambe Sports centre and Kendal Sports Centre. Please contact the sports centres to book onto these sessions/ courses.
-Our next competition will be in Blackpool in December. We are hoping to enter over 20 routines in total- which includes solos, trios, stunt groups and full cheer routines!!
Previous Events:
-Sunday 9th May saw Bay Stormers entering their first competition in Newcastle.
The Minis came 2nd in their category and the Juniors came 3rd in their section. The trophies were well deserved and everyone performed excellently! Two trophies in our first competition!! Amazing girls- Well done!!
A MASSIVE thankyou to all the parents and helpers- I couldnt have done it without you all!! Especially the mums who performed their sponsored cheer routine at the dress rehearsal!!
-On the 27th March, Bay Stormers Minis and Juniors performed at the Youth Festival at Salt Ayre Sports Centre- everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the routines went down well with the audiences! Well done girls!
-On Saturday 30th January we supported the charity Childs I Foundation and our 'mini squad' was asked to do a promotional video for them. Click on th following link to watch the video:

-On the 20th November we teamed up with Children in Need at Asda in Morecmabe to help raise money for the Charity by performing two rouitnes.
-Bay Stormers appeared in The Mail on Sunday on the 18th October 2009.

-On the 16th September Faye won an Award for 'Student Business of the Year', the award is only open to Students based in Lancaster. The Chamber of Commerce presented Faye with this award at the Strathmore Hotel in Morecambe.
-Faye was featured on BBC Lancashire Radio on 7th September 2009 to promote cheerleading and highlight the benefits it has for everyone.
